Delivery and Returns


Delivery is Monday to Friday. Goods supplied within the UK will normally be delivered within two working days of acceptance of the order. Orders placed before 3.30pm Monday-Friday are usually dispatched on the same day. All UK orders are sent with next working day delivery either via Royal Mail or UPS, however, there may be limits to this next day service depending on location and the day the order is placed (e.g. a weekend or bank holiday). These services do not deliver on weekends.

Information provided by the end user in regards to the name, address, email, telephone number, etc., will be assumed as correct and accurate and will be used for distribution exactly as they were entered. Items not being received as a result of incorrect information being provided by the end user will not be rectified at the expense of the Seller.

Where specific delivery dates have been agreed, and where this delivery date cannot be met, the Buyer will be notified and given the opportunity to agree on a new delivery date or receive a full refund.

The Seller shall use its reasonable endeavours to meet any date agreed for delivery. In any event time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the Seller shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Buyer or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.

Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Buyer’s address specified in the order and the Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.

Title and risk in the Goods shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery of the Goods.


Cancellation & Return

The Consumer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller within 72 hours of delivery confirming in writing if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. If the Consumer fails to do so the Consumer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.

Orders can be cancelled any time prior to shipping. Once shipped if returned unopened, the Consumer will be responsible for the return shipping costs plus any restocking fee deemed necessary, up to a maximum of 10% of the purchase price.
Consumers have 14 days from receipt of a product to return an item. If a return does not arrive and has no tracking or proof of postage, the consumer is liable. We, therefore, recommend using a tracked service if a return is necessary. When we receive a return, we will process this refund.
Please be aware that we cannot provide a refund for nicotine containing items as they can degrade during return transit.

Any damaged, incorrect or missing items must be reported within 72 hours of receiving delivery with photographic evidence provided. If an item is incorrect or damaged, DarkStar International Ltd is responsible for the return costs.

If an incorrect order has been placed by the end user, the seller is not able to add or change items on that order. The order must either be cancelled and remade by the end user, or an extra order must be made with the correct items. The seller is not responsible for covering the extra shipping costs, or the guaranteed delivery of the extra items in the same packaging, or on the same day of the original order. 

If the end user does not find the item(s) supplied acceptable in a manner which can be deemed personal preference of the end user, (i.e. taste, colour, strength, etc.) the items are not deemed faulty, damaged, or of a condition deemed eligible for a refund or a return.


Postage Schedule

Orders taken through our website are processed, packaged and posted each day by either Royal Mail 24 Tracked or UPS Next Day. It can take up to 2 working days from an order being placed for dispatch to occur. Orders placed before 3.30pm Monday-Friday are dispatched on the same day. On weekends, or where a bank holiday falls on a Monday or Friday, all orders due for postage will be sent the following working day.

All items, once shipped, are the responsibility of the respective carrier chosen for delivery.
