Delivery and Returns

Delivery

Goods supplied within the UK will normally be delivered within 3 (Three) working days of acceptance of order.

Information provided by the end user in regards to name, address, email, telephone number, etc., will be assumed as correct and accurate, and will be used for distribution exactly as they were entered. Items not being received as a result of incorrect information being provided by the end user will not be rectified at the expense of the Seller.

Where specific delivery dates have been agreed, and where this delivery date cannot be met, the Buyer will be notified and given the opportunity to agree a new delivery date or receive a full refund.

The Seller shall use its reasonable endeavours to meet any date agreed for delivery. In any event time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the Seller shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Buyer or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.

Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Buyer’s address specified in the order and the Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.

Title and risk in the Goods shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery of the Goods.

 

Cancellation & Return

The Consumer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller within 72 hours of delivery confirming in writing if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. If the Consumer fails to do so the Consumer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods. The product cannot be returned unless faulty. Orders can be cancelled any time prior to shipping. Once shipped if returned unopened, the Consumer will be responsible for the return shipping costs plus any restocking fee deemed necessary, up to a maximum of 10% of the purchase price.

Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 72 hours of receiving delivery with photographic evidence provided. Any support requests opened after the 72 hour period will not be accepted.

If an incorrect order has been placed by the end user, the seller is not able to add or change items on that order. The order must either be cancelled and remade by the end user, or an extra order must be made with the correct items. The seller is not responsible for covering the extra shipping costs, or the guaranteed delivery of the extra items in the same packaging, or on the same day of the original order.

If the end user does not find the item(s) supplied acceptable in a manner which can be deemed personal preference of the end user, (i.e. taste, colour, strength, etc.) the items are not deemed faulty, damaged, or of a condition deemed eligible for a refund or a return.

Please be aware that we cannot provide a refund for nicotine containing items as they degrade during return transit.

 

Postage Schedule

Orders taken through our website are processed, packaged and posted each day by first class post. It can take up to 2 working days from an order being placed for dispatch to occur. Where a bank holiday falls on a Monday or Friday, all orders due for postage will be sent the following working day.

All items, once shipped, are the responsibility of the respective carrier chosen for delivery. 

If items dispatched with Royal Mail are not received within the stated 1-3 working days, the end user is asked to wait 10 working days to claim their order as lost (As per the Royal Mail terms and conditions) after which point an investigation will be conducted by the Seller in an attempt to rectify the situation.
